I started my real estate career in 2000. My focus is helping both buyers and seller achieve their goals. I am knowledgeable in residential re-sale, vacant land transactions, equestrian properties, and new home construction sales. I am consistently in the top 10% of my office which allows me to sit on the prestigious ALC or Board of Directors at Keller Williams Advantage Realty. I use my 16 years of experience along with the newest marketing technologies, to help my clients realize their dreams and goals. My team’s focus is to constantly perfect the listing, marketing and selling experience for our buyers and sellers. I have been awarded the National 5 Star Customer Satisfaction Award, Keller William’s Cultural Icon and most recently, ORRA’s Good Neighbor Award.

Erica Cannon- Marketing Coordinator

Erica serves as the Team’s Marketing Coordinator and prepares all client correspondence, newsletters, items of value, and keeps client records organized. She also assists with social events and presentations.

Laura Hall- Listing Coordinator

Laura serves as the Team’s Listing Coordinator and works diligently promoting all our listings on the various websites and databases for maximum exposure. She is in charge of contract management and serves as the Team’s Social Media expert.

Kristin Lallis – Transaction Manger

Kristin Lallis serves as the Team’s Transaction Manager and assists Jennifer and her clients with the details from contract to close. She helps efficiently manage the closing process virtually and offers excellent customer service.
